Coming soon to the Design Building Gallery: SEEING PLACE, an exhibition by Professor Emerita Kathleen Lugosch. The show explores her relationship with the forest she calls home through photography, maps and abstractions.
It runs from September 8 - October 22, 2026.
There will be an opening reception September 10th from 4:30-6:30 pm.

This Wednesday, you can hear from LARP Associate Professor, Carolina Aragon, present "Art as Preview: Installations for Hopeful Adaptation," during @lafoundation's Future Now: Webcast Discussion Series!
Carolina is the creator of several award-winning public art installations. Projects like High Tide in Boston, sWARM in Springfield, and most recently, Heat Blooms in Cambridge, use art to engage communities with the realities of climate change, from sea-level rise to extreme heat.
